Stand-alone option for the compiler
You can compile applications as stand-alone applications by using the -T, --standalone-application command.

Compile-time arguments
The SPL compiler, sc command, supports arguments that are passed in at compile time.

Submission-time values
SPL supports submission-time values, which are arguments that are specified at the time of application launch.
