Procedure: Configuring for robotic screen capture

To configure your Robotic Response Time profile for screen capture, use the following procedure:
  1. Access the Profiles view.
  2. Click expansion icon and select the desired profile.
  3. In the configuration window, click the Transactions tab.
  4. Include applications and transactions in the profile as needed.
  5. Select one or more applications or transactions in the upper portion of the Transactions tab for which you want to enable screen capture.
  6. The Properties tab displays the associated properties. Scroll through this list as needed and locate the Enable screen content capture property.
  7. Double-click the cell in the Value column for this property, and click True.
  8. Click Apply to save your setting and continue using the Application Management Configuration Editor.
  9. When you are finished, click OK to close the Application Management Configuration Editor.
