A failure occurred communicating with another LPAR or system
participating in Opti-connect with this LPAR or system. Starting with IBM i
release 7.1 this event will be logged in the Product Activity Log but it will not
be in the Service Action Log or the Problem Log. This event normally occurs when the
other LPAR or system is powered off. If both LPARs or systems are running and have no
Opti-connect errors then this event is indicating a possible problem with Opti-connect.
