Changing the number of HSL OptiConnect connections
If you are using the IBM® i operating system, you can view and change the maximum number of high-speed link (HSL) OptiConnect connections allowed for your system.
To
perform this operation, you must have one of the following
authority levels:
- Administrator
- Authorized service provider
To change the number of HSL OptiConnect connections, do the following steps:
- On the ASMI Welcome pane, specify your user ID and password, and click Log In.
- In the navigation area, expand System Configuration.
- Click HSL OptiConnect connections.
- Type a new value into the Custom field, or to permit the system to automatically determine the maximum number of HSL OptiConnect connections allowed for the system, and select Automatic.
- Click Save settings.
