Summary

QRadar uses raw string concatenation to build paths from user input and as such is vulnerable to path traversal attacks where an attacker arbitrarily alters the path.

DESCRIPTION:
 IBM QRadar could allow a remote attacker to traverse directories on the system. An attacker could send a specially-crafted URL request containing "dot dot" sequences (/../) to view arbitrary files on the system.
