• Firefox 57 (and the new Quantum enhancements) is unable to allow
  report execution from Edit Mode.
  
  Failure is an RSV-SRV-0003:
  
  RSV-SRV-0003 The report specification contains an error at line
  ' 12', column ' 734'.
  Attribute '{http://www.w3.org/XML/1998/namespace}space' is not
  declared for element 'staticValue'
