PI85194: SQL PARSING REGRESSION

Error description

• We have found a specific instance where a COBOL program builds
  correctly in AD 5.0.1, but not in AD 5.0.2.2, which appears to
  be a regression issue. The COBOL program requires application
  of build decision to  replace 'WITH UR' by spaces, but then
  build correctly in AD 5.0.1.  In AD 5.0.2.2 there is an
  objection to a '+' sign, leading to syntax errors throughout
  the whole build process.
