Error description
Members Inventory' Report displays element with number of lines = 0 for Endevor members This issue will be seen for any Endevor member that has been restored from archive or imported from a dataset. When the RESTORE is done, Endevor adds the following warning to the member header: "THIS ELEMENT HAS NOT BEEN PROCESSED". This header is affecting the offsets used by the AD agent when extracting the version, number of lines, etc...and it is copying incorrect data into these fields. This is why the user only sees the problem with members that have never been changed after the RESTORE. If the member is modified in any way, the message is no longer present and the offsets of all the other data goes back to the expected values. A proper fix will require a code change in the agent to handle this.
