Steps to recreate the problem -
1) Follow the knowledge center to install the IDz API Samples

2) Locate the Java action using EditorOpener API
3) Run it as an Eclipse application
4) A new Eclipse/IDz instance is run in a new workspace and it
shows the API Samples menu
5) Create a connection to your mainframe
6) Create a z/OS mapping with extension "csv"
7) associate extension ".csv" with external editor Excel
8) Open a library member in Excel using the custom menu

IDz starts Excel successfully, and Excel opens the .csv file
successfully, but there are error messages in the .log file,
i.e. "Access is denied" and NPE (NullPointerException).
