Error description

  • The number of members reported in a Member Inventory Report
doesn't match the actual number of members in the Mainframe for
a corresponding library.  Checking the AD repository data, it
was found that (the number of members reported in a Member
Inventory Report) - (the number of removed members) =  (the
actual number of members in the Mainframe).

Local fix

  • N/A

Problem summary

  • The deleted members were not deleted from the MF_Members table,
they were only marked with ExistsInLibrary field on NULL.
The fix was to exclude from the report the members that had
ExistsInLibrary field on NULL.
