  • Application Discovery dose not match correct the workstation if
there are multiple entries for the same job (number and name)
in the same application.

* PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: In our layout for "ADDEP"   segment.
It seems that the description of 'Operation number' and 'Owner
op number'  fields are switched, in contrast to the information
we get in the TWS agents data buffers.
****************************************************************

* RECOMMENDATION: Apply Application Discovery 5.1 GA or any
version after it.

Problem conclusion


    

  • Two fields representing numbers of the Job and Predecesor Job
were switched in the parsing table we used to scan ADDEP
segments from IWS agents' data buffers.
