Host Connections view for zOS connections presents invalid
option to Set Credentials

In the Host Connections view if you right mouse click on a
z/OS remote System connection it presents the option to
"Set Credentials".  However, you cannot select any of the
credentials that have been set.

The "Set Credentials" is not a valid option for a z/OS Remote
System connection.  You can save a userid/password when you
are presented with the logon dialog.

Since "Set Credentials" is not a valid option it should be
greyed out.

Problem summary


    

  • The host connections view allows users to select an RSE
connection and show the Set Credentials submenu even though the
action within it is disabled.

    



Problem conclusion


    

  • The Set Credentials submenu should not be shown for connections
that don't support setting credentials.
