Error description

  • When a variable redefines one of its children, Cobol compiler
    hangs.  AD Build Client should display a warning and ignore a
    wrong REDEFINES.
    

Local fix

  • Stop JMCobol.exe in Task Manager.
    

Problem summary

  • A variable that redefines one of it's children generates an
    infinite loop. As this is not permitted in COBOL, the fix
    consist in showing a warning and ignoring this kind of
    relation. The fix will be available in 5.1.0.0 version.
