* RECOMMENDATION:                                              *
* To define and activate all capabilities,                     *
* maintain the new hardware definitions on                     *
* a z/VM V6R4 system or higher with VM66318                    *
* installed and only perform software                          *
* activates (with  hardware validation)                        *
* on lower level systems.                                      *
