  With the PTFs for APARs VM66105 (CP)
  and VM66109 (DirMaint) applied, the
  support for zHPM CPU Resource
  Management provides mechanisms for
  obtaining information required to
  manage CPU resources.
  
  For DirMaint, the following three options have been added to
  the OPTION and SETOPTN commands:
  
  STHYI-GUEST
  STHYI-RESPOOL
  STYHI-UTIL

  The new options include:
  
  STHYI-UTIL
    authorizes the virtual machine to invoke utilization related
    functions of the Store Hypervisor Information (STHYI)
    instruction.
  
  STHYI-GUEST
    authorizes the virtual machine to invoke guest related
    functions of the Store Hypervisor Information (STHYI)
    instruction.
  
  STHYI-RESPOOL
    authorizes the virtual machine to invoke resource pool
    related functions of the Store Hypervisor Information
    (STHYI) instruction.
  
  None of these options are allowed in subconfiguration entries.
