Abstract

This document contains a random set of calls for use with the IBM® InfoSphere® Information Governance Catalog REST API. Their URL, JSON payload (if applicable), and any other details that might be helpful are shown. Use cases for batch activities that can be done by using InfoSphere Information Governance Catalog REST API are also given.

Content

Each of the calls that are documented here were tested in either a test or a working environment. The tools that were used include:

· IBM InfoSphere Information Governance Catalog, version 11.3 and later

· InfoSphere Information Governance Catalog REST API

· A browser plugin tool for HTTP (in most cases, a plugin for Firefox called HTTP Requester)

· The Hierarchical stage in InfoSphere DataStage, or Javascript in IBM Business Process Designer of IBM Business Process Manager
