Abstract

Use the REST application programming interfaces (APIs) to administer tasks outside of the IBM Security Identity Governance and Intelligence virtual appliance interface.

Content

The REST API documentation is contained in a compressed file. The compressed file contains information about the functions that the IBM Security Identity Governance and Intelligence virtual appliance REST APIs support. The REST APIs are web services.

The REST APIs can be best viewed in the supported versions of the Mozilla Firefox web browser.

Download and extract the RAPI_DOCS.zip file to access the IBM Security Identity Governance and Intelligence virtual appliance REST API documentation for Version 5.2.

Go to RAPI_DOCS\html and open the index.html file in the web browser to view the REST APIs.



You can also locate the REST API documentation for your current version of IBM Security Identity Governance and Intelligence from the Virtual Appliance Dashboard by clicking Help > Web Services.



A new browser window opens. The REST API documentation for IBM Security Identity Governance and Intelligence virtual appliance is available.

For example, in the Configure folder, you can find the documentation for Custom File Management.
