Prerequisites

This fix pack release can be used to upgrade from Rational Build Forge 7.1.1.3 and later. Releases starting with version 7.1.1.4 are posted on jazz.net. If you have a version earlier than version 7.1.1.3, you must first upgrade to version 7.1.1.3, then upgrade to the current release.

Before installing this fix pack, shut down Rational Build Forge and back up the database.
