Exception "FNRPE2131180004E: Failed to authenticate component queue XXX" happens on Content Platform Engine 220.127.116.11
In Content Platform Engine(CPE） 18.104.22.168 environment，the following exception is happened on custom component:
[Error] FNRPE2131180004E null; Exception: Failed to authenticate component queue MQ_Operations.
This error will cause component queues stop processing work items.
And the current work around is restarting the CPE WebSphere JVM and the work items stuck in the queues will continue to process.
Diagnosing the problem
This exception matches the APAR PJ44713 exactly, however, user is not on CPE 22.214.171.124 version.
With further testing, user find this exception only happens on custom component, the OOTB P8 components have no such exception.
Resolving the problem
After comparing the customized components with OOTB P8 components, we find the difference is the "Configuration Context" under "JAAS Credentials".
So the solution is:
If a Component Queue is configured with a "Configuration Context" of CELogin, go into the component queue's Component Properties, go to the Adapter tab, and then under the "JAAS Credentials," remove "CELogin" from the "Configuration Context" box.
