Problem
Dsmc operation may fail with ANS1357S even if there is no filespace regarding the higher client when the client downgrades from 8.1.2 and higher level to lower level. ANS1357S Session rejected: Downlevel client code version
Cause
When dsmc 8.1.2 or higher level logs onto server 8.1.2 or higher level, the status of "SESSIONSECURITY" for the client node changes from "TRANSitional" to "STRict".
That is why another version's dsmc can not log onto server.
Environment
Resolving The Problem
Please change the status of "SESSIONSECURITY" for the client node changes from "STRict" to "TRANSitional".
update node node_name SESSIONSECURITY=TRANSitional
