Security Bulletin: Security Identity Adapter attribute input is not protected against command injection
The RMI Dispatcher listening port does not require authentication by default. The Dispatcher has added credential checking to ensure only authenticated users have adapter access.
DESCRIPTION: IBM Security Identity Manager Virtual Appliance could allow a remote authenticated attacker to execute arbitrary commands on the system. By sending a specially-crafted request, an attacker could exploit this vulnerability to execute arbitrary commands on the system.
