Troubleshooting
Problem
When you install TRIRIGA 3.5.1 with Websphere 8.5.5.10, there is an error that states the version of Websphere is too old.
Symptom
Error reported:
WebSphere version is too old
Cause
TRIRIGA did not expect WebSphere to go to a 2 digit fixpack number.
This issue was reported as a defect in APAR IV89933.
Resolving The Problem
For now, until this is resolved in a future installer, the way to resolve this it to use WebSphere 8.5.5.9. Install TRIRIGA. Then upgrade your WebSphere to 8.5.5.10.
