How do we submit an enhancement request for Cognos Analytics 11?
Answer
Visit the Analytics Ideas Portal site to add a new enhancement request for Analytics products.
1. Click the following link to go to the Analytics Ideas Portal
2. Click 'Login or Sign up' and either login or sign-up to the portal to be able to add a new idea.
3. To submit a new idea, click 'Add a new idea'.
4. Choose a 'product' such as Cognos Analytics On Prem or Cognos Analytics on Cloud and then enter an 'idea short name'.
5. Now enter your 'Structured Idea Details'.
To maximise its effectiveness please use a real-life scenario to explain the problem statement/pain points, state your current workaround(s), state any proposed solution(s), state the benefits/value this idea has, state # of users impacted and how often are they impacted.
6. Finally add the Idea 'Priority' and 'Role Summary' then click 'Submit Structured Idea'.
