Tabbed reports does not show pages as Tabs in interactive viewer.

Troubleshooting


Problem

When a report consisting of multiple pages is to be shown as tabs is executed in HTML format in Internet Explorer or Mozilla Firefox the tabs will not be shown, only first page is displayed.

Symptom

Executing a Tabbed report by selecting HTML output format in Internet Explorer or Mozilla Firefox, the tabs are not shown, only output of the first page is shown.

Using Google Chrome to execute this tabbed report will display tabs correctly. Here, is the sample screenshot and highlighted is the area that shows tabs.

Resolving The Problem

There are two ways to work around this problem as below, when using Internet Explorer or Mozilla Firefox .

Option 1:
- Maximize or Minimize the browser window to see tabs.

Option 2:
- Open Report in edit mode and select Navigate-->Page Explorer-->Report .

- Now, click on Show Properties icon to see the report properties and change the value of property- Run with full interactivity to No.
