Problem
After upgrading to iOS10, every user interaction with an Active Report causes the app to display an error message: "Type Error: The Event.target getter can only be used on instances of Event [http://cog.mob/14381/mob/visImpl/adapters/com.ibm.cognos.adapters.rave…] 103"
Symptom

Cause
This is caused by an incompatible version of the Active Report that is not supported on iOS10
Resolving The Problem
Install the latest FixPack (FP) for your Cognos Business Intelligence server or upgrade to the latest Cognos Analytics release (C11). Below are the versions that support iOS10:
- C10.2.1 FP11 and higher
- C10.2.2 FP5 and higher
- C11.0.4 and higher
Existing Active Reports will need to be re-run in order to be functional on iOS10
