Release 6.3 (and below) are end of support and end of life cycle. Customers should upgrade to a fixed level (7.1.4.2 or 6.4.3.1) or use the workaround provided below.

Workarounds and Mitigations

With default trace levels (Severe, Error, Warning, Info, Library), the obfuscated password is displayed.
To minimize exposure to this vulnerability, disable trace level 'Info' unless required and delete trace files that are no longer needed.
