Abstract
No repository is available for installing (or updating to) IBM® Rational ClearCase Remote Client V9.x on Solaris platforms.

Due to incompatibilities between the Java and Eclipse versions for the ClearCase® Remote Client, no repository or electronic image is available for Solaris. You need the full IBM® Rational ClearCase repository to install CCRC on Solaris.
Procedure:
- If you are updating CCRC, uninstall the installed version; otherwise, proceed to Step 2.
- Add the ClearCase® V9.x repository to Installation Manager (IM).
- On the Feature Selection panel, clear all features.
- On the Temporary Directory panel, accept the default values.
- On the Common Licensing panel, you can leave the field blank.
- On the Registry and Mail Servers panel, supply non-null values (the values themselves are disregarded by CCRC).
- On the ClearCase® Atria Licensing panel, you can leave all inputs blank.
