IBM DataPower Gateways has addressed an issue with missing Secure attribute on certain HTTP cookies.

CVEID: CVE-2015-7427
DESCRIPTION: IBM DataPower Gateways could allow a remote attacker to obtain sensitive information, caused by the failure to set the Secure flag for the session cookie in SSL mode. By intercepting its transmission within an HTTP session, an attacker could exploit this vulnerability to capture the cookie and obtain sensitive information.

Affected Products and Versions
IBM DataPower Gateway appliances all versions through 6.0.0.16, 6.0.1.12, 7.0.0.9, 7.1.0.6, 7.2.0.0
Remediation/Fixes
Fix is available in versions 6.0.0.17, 6.0.1.13, 7.0.0.10, 7.1.0.7, and 7.2.0.1. Refer to APAR IT10279 for URLs to download the fix.
You should verify applying this fix does not cause any compatibility issues.
For DataPower customers using versions 5.x and earlier versions, IBM recommends upgrading to a fixed, supported version/release/platform of the product.
