IBM announces End of Support on May 3, 2014 for IBM Tivoli Netcool/Portal v2.0, 2.1, 2.1.1, & 2.1.2 and Product Integration Modules (denoted by Product ID's: 5724-P90, 5724-P91, 5724-P92, 5724-P93, 5724-P94, & 5724-P95).

This Withdrawal of Support follows on from a Withdrawal from Market for all versions of IBM Tivoli Netcool/Portal and related Product Integration Modules effective October 22, 2012.

This Withdrawal of Support is being made without any direct replacements, and IBM Product Management as well as Sales will either be in contact with, or have contacted existing customers who have active support agreements, in order to discuss this announcement and the available options.

The effective End of Support date will be May 3, 2014.
