Linking a requirement to a IBM Rational Design Manager resource leads to the error "CRCRD7211Q: Could not create backlink for object XX"
Attempts to create OSLC links between IBM Rational DOORS and IBM Rational Software Architect Design Manager (RSA DM) results in the error "CRCRD7211Q: Could not create backlink for object XX"

Resolving the problem
In order to be able to create a link between DOORS and RSA DM, the user you are using to authenticate to RSA DM needs to have:
- A valid Rational Software Architect - Designer license (Contributor or Reviewer is not enough). To verify which license your user has, go to your user's profile at the top right corner, select View My Profile and licences and verify that Rational Software Architect - Designer is checked, as shown in the screenshots:
- Full Design Management Resource Links permissions in the Team configuration > Design Management > Resource Links for the role assigned to your user:
