Abstract
With the 2010 acquisition of Sterling Commerce, the support information that was available from the Sterling Commerce support site will be available through support pages on ibm.com. The following table provides an index of Support sites for the Sterling Commerce products.

In your Support site left navigation, you can easily select or deselect products to limit the information shown. Use the "Choose a product" navigation to help narrow information based on your current task. You can select from the following tasks in your Support Portal: Home, Downloads, Troubleshoot, Plan & Install, Service Requests and PMRs, Documentation and Communities.
If you are looking for End of Support (EOS) information for any product, visit the product support lifecycle page.
Note: Service Request (SR) is accessible from the Support Portal or any Support Pages. IBM provides the SR tool to electronically submit and manage Problem Management Records (PMRs) on the Web for more control over your PMRs. Use SR to Open a Case (open a ticket) with support.
