Error description

• In ODM 8.10.0 repackage-ear ANT task excludes to package
  decisionmodel.war in the resulting target EAR file.
  
  To reproduce this problem, on Windows, on cmd line run -
  
  <ODM_INSTALL_LOC>\shared\tools\ant\bin\ant repackage-ear
  -DsourceEar=<ODM_INSTALL_LOC>\teamserver\applicationservers\WebS
  phere\jrules-teamserver-WAS.ear
  -DtargetEar=<ODM_INSTALL_LOC>\teamserver\applicationservers\WebS
  phere\jrules-teamserver-WASNEW.ear -Dconsole=both
  
  The resulting EAR will not have decisionmodel.war file in spite
  of sourceEar having that file.
