Problem conclusion
This is a typical case of array out of bound. The offending array stores the valid test results that can be considered for processing. Whenever the program encounters a status that was not required for processing like In progress or Pause, it would traverse through all the records in the array obviously because the status does not exists in the array. Unfortunately an oversight in array processing means the program went past the size of the array.
