  Attempts to use 'Complete Relations' functionality for embedded
  flows results in incorrect behavior.
  
  
  Description:
  
  It is observed that when we try to use the 'Complete Relations'
  functionality for embedded flows, the results are ambiguous and
  varied across different versions of Rhapsody.
  Considering a flow, embedded in a connector (SysML project)
  between two flowports of parts (implicit or otherwise); when we
  try to recreate the same using the 'Complete Relations'
  functionality, on a different/new diagram in Rhapsody 8.0.3, the
  flow disappears and just the connector remains. If the project
  has been migrated from an older version of Rhapsody (say
  7.5.3.3), two different relation lines (one for connector and
  the other for flow) are created. Two different results for the
  same functionality, on the same version of Rhapsody (8.0.3) is
  not acceptable.
  
  Also, Rhapsody 8.0's documentation
