• Closed as program error.

Error description

• XSD schema files that contain attribute definitions which do not
  have an XSD schema type cannot be imported into Rational
  Integration Tester.
  
  The XSD Schema definition states that where an attribute does
  not define or reference a type then the ur-type should be used.
  

Local fix

• This issue can be worked around by either ensuring that all
  attributes in WSDL and XSD files have a type defined.  Sometimes
  it will require that a local copy of the schema files is made in
  order that these changes can be made.

Problem conclusion

• This problem was resolved in Rational Integration Tester 8.5.1.
  From this version attributes without a defined type are assumed
  to be of type string.
