APAR status

• Closed as duplicate of another APAR.

Error description

• When a link is created via the object properties dialog, or when
  the dialog is opened and a link is selected by default, the
  <Edit> button is not active.
  
  To recreate (by creating a link):
  
   - right-click an object and open its properties dialog
   - select the Links tab
   - click <New> and create an external link
   - on OKing the New External Link dialog the link will be
  selected but the <Edit> button will be inactive
  
  To recreate (for an existing link):
  
   - open the properties dialgo for an object containing an
  external link
   - select the Links tab
   - observe that the link will be selected, but the <Edit> button
  is not active
  
  Workaround: Usually clicking on the link will make the button
  active.
