Problem conclusion

  • Transaction Percentiles have a counter titled "unspecified."
    This is equivalent to "All Percentiles" in Page Performance.
    Updated translations so this appears correctly.
    
    Default labeling for percentile data in a chart with "mixed"
    data is inadequate.  Better naming conventions are identified
    for mixed data.
