Error description

• Incorrect output generated when using inbuilt 'book.dta' RPE
  Template via DOORS - Export - Document Generation utility.
  
  When exporting a DOORS module using via File-? Export-? Document
  Generation-? Export using the default template book.dta from
  (Default location: DOORS 9.5 installation
  directory\lib\dxl\standard\export\RPE_light\source\DOORS\example
  s),
  the output is incorrect.
  
  The generated document begins with Module Name in Level 1
  heading, then Table of Contents, then just the heading number 2,
  a page break and then the rest of the objects.
  
  Workaround:
  ========
  A modified book.dta template has been attached which can be used
  in DOORS 9.5.1.x to produce correct output formats.
