Error description

• Every time customer launches IBM Installation Manager v1.6.3.1,
  launch window would open too large and doesn't fit on his
  1024x768 resolution display.
  Even if he adjusted the screen size, it cannot be kept and every
  time he launches IBM IM, the screen size adjustment would be
  required...

Problem conclusion

• A regression in window size behavior was introduced in a
  version of Eclipse that the IBM Installation Manager
  adopted, and this resulted in the change in window size in
  recent releases.  The Eclipse bug was fixed and adopted in
  the version 1.7.2 of the IBM Installation Manager.
