  * in a module save a custom view - add the module to a RIF     *
  * definiton with "Locks for local data" = "Lock attributes",   *
  * using the saved view for locks - export the definition -     *
  * verify that the module cannot be moved - recover the locks   *
  * for the definition - observe that the message returned       *
  * indicates success - attempt to move the module again... the  *
  * locks are still in place Workaround: Modify the index of the *
  * modules parent project e.g. by adding a new module to it     *
