APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• UseIncrementalSave is enabled.
  A modification is done in Rhapsody (e.g. add a new diagram).
  Then Rhapsody is closed. An automatic dialog pops up: Do you
  want to save your changes?
  When confirming with Yes then the entire model is saved
  including all not modified units.
  This conflicts with config management.
  Defect: also in the case of forced save the incremental save
  (depending on the property) should be applied.
