Error description

• Importing ReqIf package fails - error in reading/writing <module
  name>. Rename failed - access is denied
  
  Cause: Issue occurs if the module definition in ReqIF package
  uses Lock Attributes option AND the module in question has a
  non-null value for Module Description attribute.
