Local fix

Problem summary

  • The test log file uploader was inappropriately not accepting
    the SSL certificate from the workbench.  It has been modified so
     that all SSL certificates will be accepted.
    

Problem conclusion

  • The test log uploader on the agent did not always trust the
    SSL certificate presented by the workbench.   The test log file
    uploader was modified so that it will always accept the SSL
    certificate from the RPT workbench.
