• Links to external sites in the welcome screen produce javascript
  errors.
  
  When the option to continue is selected in the errors,
  navigation is successful.
  
  To recreate:
  
   - select Help;Welcome Screen to open the welcome screen
   - select either the 'IBM Rational Home' link, or one of the
  links in the Support section
