Error description

• The IBM Rational License Key Server package available through:
  
  http://www.ibm.com/support/docview.wss?uid=swg24032984
  
  contains an invalid build identifier --  8.1.3000.v20120620_0840
  -- that will prevent the application of Interim Fix (IFIX)
  packages.
  
  Workaround, use the version available through the 'Rational
  Product Releases' page at:
  https://www14.software.ibm.com/webapp/iwm/web/reg/pick.do?lang=e
  n_US?source=RATL-RATIONAL
  
  This will install the Rational License key server with a build
  ID of 8.1.3000.v20120619_1722, which will allow IFIX
  application.
