Error description
When an RDz user sets Windows color preference to high contrast mode (for visually impaired users), the preference is not saved when Rd/z exits, and has to be respecified in the next startup of RD/z. This is a bug identified and fixed in Eclipse, and a patch has been provided under eclipse bug 410900. RDz needs to pick up this Eclipse patch
