Rational Developer for System z v9 LPEX syntax highlighting lost for a.o. Rexx and Fortran RDz v9 opens REXX file as text in LPEX. Problem summary
There is no syntax highlighting for REXX files in the LPEX editor.
Problem conclusion
The REXX parser feature was missing from the product. The problem listed in this APAR has been resolved with IBM Rational Developer for System z V9.0 Interim Fix 1 which is available from the Recommended Fixes support download page: http://www-1.ibm.com/support/docview.wss?rs=2294&uid=swg27006335
