  Abstract: Attempts to add LowerLimit and UpperLimit element
  types to CompuScale model element in AUTOSAR_40 profile fails
  (peforms no action) in IBM Rational Rhapsody
  
  Error Description:
  
  1. Open or Create a AUTOSAR_40 project
  2. Under the ARPackage add compuMethod ? compuInternalToPhys?
  CompuScale
  3. Try adding lowerlimit or upperlimit under compuScale and
  notice nothing happens
  
  However you can still add other elements such as desc, Note,
  trace etc...
  
  Workaround: None
