Error description

• Rational Developer for System z (RDz) 'Outline' view does not
  display correctly the procedure for some PL/I members.

  The outline view does not display correctly the procedure if
  its name is different in the PROC and END statements because
  a mix of upper case and lower case letters as following:
  
  GET_sum: PROC;
  END GET_SUM;

  Local fix:
  PL/I 'Outline' view shows correctly the procedure when same name
  is entered in PROC and END statements.
