Error description

• When importing a TIBCO BW project it is possible for a
  MalformedURLException to occur.  This is logged to the console
  log and to the JVM console.  It would seem to indicate that
  there is a poorly specified resource in the TIBCO BW project.
  
  This logging needs to be enhanced so that the source of the
  Malformed URL is made clear, enabling the user to return to the
  TIBCO BW project and resolve any problem.

Problem conclusion

• These errors did not have any meaning and should not have been
  shown to users because they caused confusion.  From versions
  8.6.0 onwards these messages are no longer displayed.
